A schoolgirl has been taken to hospital after being struck by a car on the A9.
Emergency services were called to scene near Falkirk at around 12.45pm on Friday afternoon.
The 13-year-old girl was taken to hospital for treatment.
Her condition is currently unknown.
The road was closed for more than two hours and reopened shortly before 3.45pm.
Police have thanked the public for their patience while the incident was dealt with.
The Scottish Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
