A six-year-old girl was involved in a crash with a car near a football stadium and leisure centre in Edinburgh.
Police were called to reports of collision involving a car and a pedestrian on Pilton Drive near Ainslie Park at around 1.50pm on Friday.
Emergency services attended and a six-year-old girl was assessed by ambulance crews at the scene.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 1.50pm on Friday, April 19, 2024 we were called to a report of a collision involving a car and a pedestrian on Pilton Drive in Edinburgh.
“Emergency services attended and the pedestrian, a 6-year-old girl, was checked over at the scene by the Scottish Ambulance Service.”
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call at 2.01pm to attend an incident on Pilton Drive, Edinburgh.
“Two ambulances were dispatched to the scene and the patient did not require hospital treatment.”
