Police are appealing for information after jewellery and medication were stolen during a break-in at a property in East Lothian.

The incident happened on Albert Place North, Wallyford between the evening of Thursday April 6 2023 and the morning of Friday, April 7 2023.

Items of jewellery and a quantity of medication were taken, and officers are encouraging anyone with information to report to police immediately.

Detective Constable Calum Cross said: “I am appealing to anyone who saw anything suspicious and may have information that could assist with our enquiries to get in touch.

“In addition, anyone with private CCTV or dash-cam footage that could help with our investigation is also asked to contact us.”

Contact officers via 101, quoting incident number 0703 of Thursday April 7 2023 or make a call anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
