Police in Fife are continuing an investigation into a road crash which killed a pedestrian.
William Fisher, 25, from Glenrothes, died after being hit by a car in the town’s Formonthills Road at about 8.25pm on Thursday.
Sergeant Ewan Pearce said: “Our thoughts are with Mr Fisher’s family at this difficult time and our inquiries are continuing to establish the full circumstances of the crash.
“Anyone with information or dashcam footage that could assist who has not yet spoken to police is asked to contact the Road Policing Unit in Glenrothes.”
