A police officer was taken to hospital and a man was arrested after a disturbance in Falkirk.
Emergency services were called to St Crispins Place at around 8.25pm on Sunday.
An officer was injured while attending and was subsequently taken to hospital for treatment.
A 41-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection. He was due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police received a report of a disturbance on St Crispins Place in Falkirk around 8.25pm on Sunday, 18 August, 2024.
“Officers attended and a 41-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
“An officer was injured during the incident and was taken to hospital for treatment.
“The 41-year-old man was due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday, 19 August.”
