Fife Jammer LocationsPolice are investigating the unexplained death of a man discovered close to a leisure centre in Fife.
Emergency services were called to Wallsgreen Road in Cardenen around 8.30am on Saturday following the sudden death of a man.
Police are currently treating the death as unexplained but say there does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances.
The wooded area where the man was discovered has been cordoned off while investigations are carried out.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.30am on Saturday, October 5, 2024, we attended at Wallsgreen Road, Cardenen following the sudden death of a man.
“The death is being treated as unexplained, but there does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.”
