Police are “extremely concerned” for the welfare of a missing woman whose belongings were found by a member of the public.
Jennifer Stephen was last seen in the Beauly Court area of Falkirk around 3.30pm on June 24.
Investigations so far have suggested that the 34-year-old may have been on the Union Canal path, near to Hallglen Terrace, later that evening.
Jennifer is described as around 5ft 5in tall, of slim build, with shoulder-length dark hair and a fringe. She is believed to be wearing blue jeans and a beige hooded top.
Inspector David Ferguson said: “We are extremely concerned for Jennifer’s welfare and are asking anyone who may have seen her, or who has any information that could help us trace her, to contact us.
“We’re particularly keen to speak to the member of the public who found some of Jennifer’s belongings, as they may have details that could assist with our enquiries.
“If you think you can help, please contact police on 101 quoting incident number 0038 of June 25, 2025.”
