Schoolgirl, 14, taken to hospital after being 'hit by 4x4'

The driver of the car, possibly a silver 4x4 style, stopped briefly and officers are keen to trace them.

Police are appealing for information after a crash involving a 14-year-old girl and a vehicle in Stirling.

The incident happened on Back O’Hill Road, around 3pm on Sunday February 11 2024.

The pedestrian, a 14-year-old girl, attended Forth Valley Royal Hospital for treatment.

The driver of the car, possibly a silver 4×4 style, stopped briefly and officers are keen to trace them.

Road Policing Constable Ian Marshall said: “Our enquiries into this incident are ongoing. I would urge the driver, or anyone who may have seen the crash, to come forward.

“In addition, if you have dash-cam that could help with our investigation then please contact us.”
