Officers 'increasingly concerned' for missing West Lothian man

Officers are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a missing man last seen in West Lothian on Wednesday.

Darren James John Hendry was reported missing from Whitburn and was last seen in the Addiewell area.

The 28-year-old is described as a white male, 5ft 7in tall, with a shaved head, facial hair, and blue eyes.

Inspector McKenzie of Livingston Police Station states: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of Darren and are therefore appealing for the assistance of the public to ensure he is found safe and well.

“Please get in contact with us if you have any information on the whereabouts of Darren.”

Those with information regarding Darren’s whereabouts have been urged to contact police on 101 and quote incident number 2197 of October 10, 2025.
