A stretch of the M90 motorway in Edinburgh has closed following a serious crash between multiple vehicles.
Emergency services rushed to the scene after police were called to a report of a vehicle overturning following a collision around 11.30am on Tuesday.
Traffic Scotland said the road was closed northbound and one lane southbound and advised motorists to take an alternative route to their destination.
It is unknown if there is any injures or fatalities at this time.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Emergency services are in attendance following reports of a vehicle having overturned on the M90 northbound at junction 1 near Kirkliston around 11.25am on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.
“One lane northbound and one lane southbound are currently closed.”
