iStockA motorcyclist has been taken to hospital following a crash with a car in East Lothian.
Emergency services were alerted to the incident in Wishart Avenue, North Berwick, shortly after 7.10am on Wednesday.
The male biker was taken by ambulance to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a crash involving a car and a motorcycle on Wishart Avenue in North Berwick shortly after 7.10am on Wednesday, April 28.
“The male motorcyclist has been taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh by ambulance for treatment.”
