A woman and her three-year-old son who were not seen for five days have been found “safe and well”.
Heather Fraser, 29, and her son had last been seen at Stirling railway station on Friday afternoon.
The pair, from Sauchie in Clackmannanshire, were reported missing on Monday.
On Wednesday night, Police Scotland confirmed they had been “traced in the Bolton area and are safe and well”.
The force spokesperson added: “Thank you for your assistance with this appeal.”
