A missing man from Edinburgh known to travel around the city by bus has been traced “safe and well”.

Selim El-Syed was last seen on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 23 in East Hermitage Place in Leith.

Police said on Sunday the 58-year-old had been traced “safe and well” and thanked members of the public for sharing their appeal.
