Police ScotlandPolice said it was “miraculous” there were no serious injuries after a car crashed on the M90 in Fife.
The incident happened at around 2.30pm on Tuesday southbound between Junction 2 and Junction 2a near to Amazon’s Fulfilment Centre in Dunfermline.
A man has been charged in connection with being in charge of a motor vehicle whilst unfit and refusal to provide a blood sample.
Police said a report would be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
Traffic tailed back to Junction 3 with the bus lane remaining closed at 4.50pm.
