Manhunt launched after four masked men break into houses

A manhunt is underway after four masked men broke into two houses in a village in West Lothian.

The break-ins happened in East Calder on Armstrong Crescent on Friday between 6.45pm and 8pm.

The suspects then fled in a black Audi A4.

Detective Inspector Gavin Morrison said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed either break-in to contact us.

“We’d also ask anyone with private CCTV or dash-cam footage which could assist our enquiries to come forward.”
