A man accused of killing his mother in Edinburgh 19 years ago will stand trial in the autumn.
Sean Flynn, 37, is charged with murdering Louise Tiffney in May 2002 and disposing of her remains near a stately home in East Lothian.
Flynn denies the charges, but did not appear at a preliminary hearing at the High Court in Glasgow on Monday due to coronavirus travel restrictions as he now lives in Germany.
The case will be heard at the High Court in Livingston in October.
