A man is in hospital, and three suspects have been arrested following a disturbance on the A9.
Emergency services were called to the road near Cadgers Brae roundabout at Polmont at around 10.50am on Tuesday.
A 47-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment. Officers arrested another three men aged 40, 37 and 30 following the incident.
An investigation to establish the full circumstances surrounding the disturbance is ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.50am on Tuesday, May 5, we received a report of a disturbance on the A9 near Cadgers Brae roundabout at Polmont.
“Emergency services attended and a 47-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
“Three men, aged 40, 37 and 30, have been arrested and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
