A man has been charged after a delivery van struck a home in Dunfermline on Friday afternoon.
Emergency services were alerted to the incident at around 2.50pm in the Trondheim Parkway West area.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service sent three engines and specialist resources to the scene.
Homes were evacuated, and the gas supply was switched off as a precaution.
The gas network building was assessed, and residents were later allowed back into their homes.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2.50pm on Friday, May 22, 2026, we received a report of a van having collided with a building in the Trondheim Parkway West area of Dunfermline.
“Emergency services attended, and the gas supply was switched off as a precaution while the gas network and the building were assessed. Residents have since been allowed back into their homes.
“One man has been charged in connection with a road traffic offence.”
