STV NewsA man has been charged after a teenager girl was raped in Edinburgh city centre.
A 15-year-old girl was attacked in a basement area on York Place after being led there by a masked man who had approached her at a bus stop by Marks and Spencer on Princes Street at around 5am last Sunday.
A 20-year-old has been charged in connection with the serious sexual assault.
He is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
