A man has been charged over the death of an aesthetician who was found with serious injuries at a home in Edinburgh.
Emergency services were called to Craigievar Square at around 8.45pm on Monday following reports of a disturbance.
Vikki Soloman was found with serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
STV NewsThe 44-year-old was the owner of an aesthetics business and recently gave evidence to parliament about the regulation of the independent aesthetics industry.
She described herself as a single parent of a disabled child who also had a disability herself.
Floral tributes have been left outside her home.
A 46-year-old man, who was arrested in connection with the incident, has now been charged.
He is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday.
