A man has been arrested in connection with abusive behaviour following a protest outside an asylum hotel in Falkirk.
The gathering outside the Cladhan Hotel on Saturday was organised by Save Our Future and Our Kids Future, a group dedicated to the closure of the premises.
The hotel, on the town’s Kemper Avenue, has been the target of repeated protests involving hundreds of pro and anti-migration demonstrators.
Officers arrested a 40-year-old man in connection with allegedly using a homophobic slur. He was released on an undertaking and is due in court at a later date.
