A man has been arrested and charged in connection with three alleged break-ins and attempted break-ins across Edinburgh.
Officers were made aware of an alleged break-in, alleged attempted break-in, and theft from three addresses in the City Centre area of Edinburgh between Sunday, March 2 and Monday, March 10.
A 39-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection.
He is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Friday. A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
Detective Constable Sarah Brotherston said: “We understand break-ins can affect members of the community and we have additional officers in the area for reassurance.
“If you have any concerns, please speak to the officers or call police on 101.”
