Emergency services were called to Kinloss Park in Cupar at around 6.40am on Saturday.
Officers arrested a 40-year-old man in connection with a Breach of the Peace.
An investigation to establish the full circumstances is ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.40am on Saturday, August 8, 2026, we received a report of a disturbance at Kinloss Park in Cupar.
“A 40-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a Breach of the Peace. Enquiries are ongoing.”
