A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of his ex-partner at a house in Edinburgh.
Emergency services were called to Craigievar Square at around 8.45pm on Monday, following reports of a disturbance.
Vikki Soloman, the owner of an aesthetics business, was found with serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police Scotland confirmed on Tuesday that Lee Greenan had been charged in connection with the death.
He appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday, charged with murder and two charges of assault.
The 46-year-old, from Edinburgh, entered no plea and was remanded in custody.
He will appear at court again within the next eight days.
