An investigation has been launched after a man was stabbed close to a hospital in West Lothian.
The 62-year-old man was injured on Howden Road West, near St John’s Hospital, in Livingston around 6.50pm on Tuesday.
The man attended hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Enquiries are ongoing.”
Locals reported that a Co-op supermarket on the same street was closed to customers following the incident.
