Adobe StockA lane on the M9 has been blocked following a multi-vehicle crash during rush hour.
The incident was reported at around 8.15am on Thursday morning on the eastbound carriageway, blocking lane two near junction 3.
Traffic Scotland has confirmed that police are on the scene and drivers face delays of 35 minutes.
The number of vehicles involved is not known, and it is unclear if anyone was injured.
Traffic Scotland said: “Lane Two remains blocked Eastbound on the #M9 at J3 following a multi-vehicle collision.
“Police are on scene…with traffic now looking very slow in the area. Travel time currently is (Appx 35 mins).”
Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
