The M80 has been closed overnight due to a crash with drivers facing rush hour diversions of 17 miles.
Emergency services were called to the motorway around 12.25am on Thursday to reports of a collision.
Traffic Scotland confirmed the road is closed between Junction 9 and Junction 8 at Sclandersburn Road overbridge in Denny.
Drivers are facing diversions of approximately 17 miles.
A Police Scotland statement read: “The M80 is closed in both directions between junctions 8 and 9, following a report of a road crash which we were called to around 12.25am on Thursday, March 19, 2026.
“Diversions are in place.”
