Police are treating a fire at a newly-built block of flats in Falkirk as “deliberate”.
Officers were called alongside fire crews to a blaze on Commissioner Street in Bo’ness around 10.30pm on Friday.
Images from the scene showed the flats under construction with scaffolding around them.
There were no reported injuries, emergency services said.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.30pm on Friday, December 13, 2024 we were called to a report of a fire in premises at Commissioner Street, Bo’ness.
“Officers attended and assisted Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. There were no reports of injuries.
“The fire is being treated as wilful and enquiries are ongoing.”
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service has been contacted for comment.
