A woman is in hospital after being hit by a van in Fife on Saturday afternoon.

Police were called to reports of a crash involving a van and a female pedestrian shortly after 2pm on December 10 on Queensway, Glenrothes.

Emergency services attended and the woman was taken to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy where her condition is currently unknown.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police received a report of a crash involving a van and a female pedestrian on Queensway, Glenrothes, around 2.05pm on Saturday, December 10, 2022.

“Emergency services attended and the pedestrian has been taken to Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.”
