A fourth man has appeared in court following the death of a woman who was killed during an alleged car chase in Falkirk.
Amy-Rose Wilson, originally from Newcastle, who was living in Bo’ness, was killed in a two-vehicle collision on the B902 New Carron Road on July 29, 2023.
The 27-year-old was driving a silver Vauxhall Vectra at the time and was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering fatal injuries.
Officers arrested a 23-year-old at Stansted Airport, London, in connection with the incident on Friday.
Arsian Sajid appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday, December 30, where he faced ten charges, including murder and attempted murder.
Sajid, of London, is also charged with assault to severe injury, danger of life, attempted robbery, attempting to defeat the ends of justice, and seven offences under the Road Traffic Act 1988.
Andrew Gregoire, of Canvey Island in Essex, previously appeared in court facing nine charges, including murder and attempted murder.
Anthony Davidson also appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court, charged with murder and attempted murder on June 24 this year.
The pair and Steven Hornsby, 54, are also accused of attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
Hornsby, was also charged with conspiracy.
Sajid made no plea and was remanded in custody pending his next court appearance within eight days.
