Firefighters are tackling a large blaze near Arthur’s Seat in Edinburgh.
Smoke can be seen billowing from the fire with two fire engines and three police cars are in attendance.
At this stage it is unknown how the fire was started.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We are currently in attendance at a fire in the open at Arthur’s Seat, Edinburgh.
“Two appliances are on scene and crews are working to make the area safe.”
