Smoke has been spotted billowing into the sky over a Scots town after a fire took hold of a flat block on Saturday.
Emergency services were called to a dwelling fire on Invertiel Terrace in Kirkcaldy at around 5.47pm on November 9.
Two appliances were dispatched by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service to the scene.
Images taken of the building show smoke emanating from the block. At this time, no injuries are believed to have occurred.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Spokesperson said: “We were called to Invertiel Terrace in Kirkcaldy at around 5.47pm to a dwelling fire.
“Two fire appliances were dispatched to make the area safe.
“We are not aware of any injuries at this time.”
Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
