A road in Fife has been closed after a car flipped onto its roof in a crash during rush hour.
Emergency services were called shortly after 7am on Tuesday to reports of a one-car crash on the A921 between Burntisland and Aberdour.
There were no injuries as a result of the crash, but the road was closed while recovery of the vehicle was arranged.
A Police Scotland Spokesperson said: “Around 7.05am on Tuesday, June 27 2023, police received a report of a one-vehicle road crash on the A921 between Burntisland and Aberdour.
“Emergency services attended and there are no reports of any injuries.
“Recovery of the vehicle is being arranged and the road is currently closed.”
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 7.05am on Tuesday, June 27 to reports of a road traffic collision involving one vehicle on the A921, between Burntisland and Aberdour.
“Operations Control mobilised two appliances to the scene where firefighters assisted emergency service partners.
“One casualty was within the care of paramedics prior to our arrival and crews left the scene at 7.26am after ensuring the area was made safe.”
