Fife Jammers LocationsEmergency services are on scene following a bus crash in Glenrothes.
The crash occurred on Church Street near the town’s bus station on Saturday afternoon and involved a Stagecoach bus.
Images from the scene show the front of the double decker bus smashed with both the drivers window and the top window cracked, as well the headsign.
On the ground, there are broken branches and a metal pole from what is understood to be a lampost.
The bus is off the road and parked on the pavement.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed they received a call at 1.13pm and have mobilised three appliances and a heavy rescue unit to the scene.
Police and ambulance crews are also on scene.
It is currently unknown whether there were any injuries involved in the crash.
Police Scotland and Stagecoach have been contacted for comment.
