Emergency responders rushed to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash in Kinross on Wednesday evening.
Crews from the Scottish Ambulance Service, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) and Police Scotland attended the scene on Stirling Road in Milnathort.
A fire service spokesperson confirmed their crews had been called to reports of the crash at around 6.24pm.
It is currently unknown if anyone was injured.
Footage and images uploaded to social media show one car overturned and damage to other vehicles.
Perth and Kinross Council confirmed the road will be closed to traffic overnight.
Stagecoach cancelled their 6.56pm X56 service as a result of the incident, which forced police to close the road.
The company said the service was stuck in traffic with no alternative route.
Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service have been approached for comment.
