Two new residents have hoofed their way into Edinburgh Zoo.
Two Highland cows are the latest additions to the zoo’s offering and are settling into their new home.
Members of the public are being asked for their say in naming the cows.

Four pairs of names, all with links to Scotland, have been chosen by the wildlife conservation charity’s keepers – Heather and Bracken, Nessie and Thistle, Skye and Isla or Selkie and Kelpie – and votes can be cast online.
The cows join other newbies, Bactrian camels, named Quill and Quaver, a rare baby L’Hoest’s monkey born in September, a Chilean flamingo chick, which also hatched in September, and an endangered Visayan spotted deer born in May.
