Drivers have been warned of delays after a crash forced the A92 in Fife to close in both directions.
Emergency crews were called to the road at Freuchie near Muirhead following reports of a collision at around 12.50pm on Sunday.
The A92 has been closed in both directions following the incident.
The number of vehicles involved and the nature of any injuries is not yet known.
A Traffic Scotland spokesperson said: “The A92 at Freuchie is closed in both directions due to a road traffic collision.
“Motorists are advised to seek an alternative route and expect longer than normal journey times.”
