Drivers are facing a diversion of more than 70 miles following an early morning crash in central Scotland.
Traffic Scotland first received reports of the road traffic incident on the A85 near Glenogle at around 3am on Friday.
As of 7.20 am, the road remains closed in both directions following the collision. Drivers have been told that a diversion is in place for both southbound and northbound traffic, increasing the journey from 15.9 miles to 71.5 miles.
The number of vehicles involved in the crash and the seriousness of any injuries is not known.
