The death of a man found at a Fife home is being treated as unexplained by investigators.
Emergency services were called to Dallas Drive in Kirkcaldy at around 8.40am on Wednesday after report of concern for a man.
The individual was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives are treating the death as unexplained. An investigation to establish the full circumstances is ongoing.
Pictures of the scene show a significant cordon is in place.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.40am on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, we received a report of concern for a man in Dallas Drive, Kirkcaldy.
“Officers attended and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
“His death is being treated as unexplained.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
