Concerns for the welfare of a man who disappeared on Saturday are “growing increasingly”.
Selim El-Syed was last seen on East Hermitage Place in Edinburgh at around 7pm on Saturday.
The man is described as having a black receding hairline and of medium build. He usually wears a green scarf on his head.
Inspector Richard Homewood said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Selim and want to trace him as soon as possible.
“He is known to travel to Peebles and Perth.
“Anyone who know where is should call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 3312 of April 18, 2025.”
