Police say “concern is growing” for the welfare of a missing Edinburgh man last seen on Saturday night.
Liam Paterson was last seen around 9.30pm on Saturday in the Halmyre Street area of the city.
The 28-year-old is described as 5ft 8in tall, of muscular build, with short, brown hair and has a beard.
At the time of his disappearance, Liam was wearing a black CP puffer jacket, grey shorts with light green flashings and black trainers.
Inspector Ross Nicol said: “Concern is growing for Liam’s welfare and we’re urgently trying to trace him to make sure he is safe and well.
“I’d ask anyone who thinks they’ve seen Liam since around 9.30pm last night, or has any information on where he may be, to come forward.
“Liam, if you see this appeal: please contact us so we know you’re okay.”
Those with information are urged to call 101 quoting reference 3752 of August 8.
