Police ScotlandA body has been found in the search for a man reported missing from Dalkeith.
Police were notified that a body had been found in a wooded area in the Mayfield area of Dalkeith around 12.25pm on Wednesday.
Formal identification has still to take place but the body is believed to be Robert Blair.
The 67-year-old had been reported missing on October 7 from Oak Place in the town.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
