A body has been found in the search for an Edinburgh man who was last seen in the early hours of Wednesday.
Zyrynyl Melendres, 23, was last seen at around 2am on June 14 on the capital’s Duke Street.
Less than 12 hours later, at around 12.30pm the body of a man was discovered at The Shore, in Leith.
Formal identification has yet to take place, but police said the family of Mr Melendres has been made aware.
The force added that there are no apparent suspicious circumstances.
