A man has been arrested following a disturbance which saw armed officers descend on an address in Kirkcaldy.
Police were called at around 6.30pm on July 15 to a report of a disturbance at Beatty Crescent in the town.
The street was locked down and images posted on social media showed that large crowds had gathered in the area.
A 39-year-old man was arrested before the road was reopened.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.30pm on Saturday, July 15, 2023, we received a report of a disturbance at Beatty Crescent in Kirkcaldy.
“Officers attended and a 39-year-old man was arrested.”
