Angus man prepares to cycle through desert for 24 hours

He's urging others to take on their own challenge to fund research into the illness

An Angus man is preparing to saddle up on two wheels in the heat of the Dubai desert in what will be his most daring challenge yet.

Sandy Stirling will take on a gruelling 24-hour cycle, raising awareness of Motor Neurone Disease.
