Suspect in court charged with killing man in attack outside Tesco

Death: Miroslaw Bronowicki died in hospital after an incident outside Tesco in Glasgow.

A suspect has appeared in court charged with killing a man in an attack outside a Tesco store.

Miroslaw Bronowicki, 52, died after the incident at the Tesco Express store on Argyle Street, in the Finnieston area of Glasgow, on Sunday.

Asif Moin, 35, was charged with culpable homicide when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court.

Moin, from Glasgow, made no plea or declaration during the private court hearing, the Crown Office confirmed on Wednesday.

The case was committed for further examination and Moin was bailed ahead of his next court appearance.
