Residents have been evacuated from their homes as adverse weather continues to impact Scotland.
At East Wemyss and Kinghorn, in Fife, firefighters have been pumping water from homes with a total of nine properties affected.
Fife Fire and Rescue Service said seven properties at East Wemyss had been evacuated at around 5.20am after water rose to around 2ft inside the properties.
At Croft-An-Righ, Kinghorn, eight residents were evacuated after firefighters were called at 6.10am.
Sepa said four flood warnings, advising people that flooding is expected, are in operation in Galashiels including Bowland, Greenlaw to Allanton, Peebles and Romannobridge to Lyne Station.
Five flood alerts, warning people flooding is possible, are still in place in areas including Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City, Edinburgh and Lothians, Fire and Tayside.
The Met Office however has not released any weather warnings for Scotland.
Traffic Scotland said the A823(M) was closed eastbound at Kings roundabout due to flooding caused by heavy rain.
There are also reports of flooding on the M90 and A90 in the Fife region.
The agency – which is warning of bad weather in Central, Tayside and Fife and south-west Scotland, Lothian and Borders - added that high wind warnings are still in place on the Tay Bridge.
Caledonian MacBrayne is advising of disruption to five of its services including Mallaig-Armadale and Ardrossan-Brodick.
Scotrail said trains between Inverkeithing and Kirkcaldy were running around 15 minutes late due to a landslip.
