Firefighters have dealt with a fire involving two cars at one of Scotland’s biggest shopping centres.
A spokeswoman from Strathclyde Fire and Rescue said they got a call about the fire at Level 5 in the car park associated with Buchanan Galleries shopping centre in Glasgow.
The blaze, near the entrance to the top floor of John Lewis, started around 1.03pm.
The spokeswoman added that four engines dealt with the fire and the two cars were extinguished by 1.21pm.
Initial reports suggested that people were evacuated from the building, although the spokeswoman said that nobody had to be moved.
