A Paisley-born paralympian will be presented with an OBE by the Princess Royal at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday.
Cyclist Aileen McGlynn will be presented with an OBE for services to disabled sport.
The paralympic sportswoman, who was born partially sighted, won gold in the 1km time trial in Beijing 2008 with her tandem pilot Ellen Hunter.
The pair set a new world record in the process.
Swimmer James Anderson, who was born in St Andrews and now lives in Broxburn, also receives an OBE
He has won six Paralympic gold medals in his career.
Meanwhile, Perthshire actor Alan Cumming (pictured) will also collect an OBE from the Princess Royal. The star is being honoured for services to film, theatre and the arts and for his work as a gay rights campaigner.
Cumming's wide-ranging career includes blockbuster movies such as 2003's X-Men sequel X2 and the Spy Kids trilogy, as well as TV appearances in Sex And The City, Frasier and Third Rock From The Sun.
