A woman has been charged with attacking a 13-year-old girl outside a school in Dundee.
Paula Buchan is alleged to have grabbed the schoolgirl by the neck before repeatedly striking her on the head, also joined in the alleged attack by a child.
The 39-year-old is alleged to have dragged the girl along the ground by her collar, leaving her injured.
Prosecutors further have also charged her with behaving in a disorderly manner, shouting, swearing and incited others to fight.
Buchan, of Craighill Court, Dundee, denies one charge of assault and a second of breach of the peace.
Solicitor George Donnelly, representing Buchan, entered a not guilty plea on her behalf at Dundee Sheriff Court on Friday.
Buchan will stand trial in May, and was ordered to attend a pre-trial hearing in April.
